How do I receive my resources?
Purchased and claimed resources appear instantly in My Library in your account. You can download your PDF files directly after checkout or whenever you log in.
Do I need an account for free resources?
Yes. Creating a free account keeps all your claimed free resources organized together in your library, ready to revisit whenever you need inspiration.
Can I download a resource again?
Yes! Your purchased and claimed resources stay in your library permanently while your account exists. There are no arbitrary re-download limits.
What can I do with my resources?
All resources are licensed for personal and single-classroom use by the purchasing educator. Redistribution, reselling, or public posting is strictly prohibited.
What if a file is damaged or does not match its description?
Contact support with your order reference. We will first work to provide a corrected file or resolve the delivery issue, or issue a refund if it cannot be resolved.
Can I use these resources outside the United States?
Yes! The store is built for educators everywhere. Resources are in English (US) format, and prices are shown in USD.
