Digital Product License

1. Personal and Single-Classroom Educational Use

When you purchase or claim a resource on Eduminate, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, single-user license to download, print, and use the resource for:

• Your own personal learning and lesson planning.
• Your own individual classroom of students (or your own children if homeschooling).
• Printed physical handouts, practice sheets, and student work packets directly used by your learners.

2. Strictly Prohibited: No Resale & No Redistribution

To protect the educators and creators who craft these resources, the following actions are strictly forbidden:

• No Reselling: You may NOT sell, resell, rent, sublicense, or distribute any Eduminate resource, in whole or in part, in digital or physical format.
• No Sharing with Other Teachers: You may NOT pass or email the source files to other teachers, colleagues, or staff members. Other educators must obtain their own individual license.
• No Public Uploading: You may NOT upload resource files to public websites, blogs, school district shared drives, social media groups, or file-sharing platforms.
• No Derivative Works: You may NOT extract artwork, illustrations, or content from the resources to create commercial products or competing materials.

3. One License Per Purchaser

Each license covers one individual educator or parent. If an entire grade level, department, or school intends to use a resource, separate individual licenses must be purchased for each participating educator.

4. Digital Storage & Backups

You may keep digital backup copies of your purchased files on your personal computer, tablet, or private password-protected personal cloud storage (e.g. your private Google Drive or Dropbox) accessible solely by you.
