Refund & Support Policy
Here to help when a resource is not right as described.

1. Tell us about the issue
Because Eduminate sells digital downloadable products, resources are delivered immediately into your account library. However, if you experience any corrupted files, technical defects, download errors, or a material mismatch with the product description, please contact us promptly with your order number.
2. We will try to put it right
Our first priority is making sure you receive the high-quality resource you paid for. If a file does not open or is formatted incorrectly, our support team will reply within 24 hours, inspect the file and provide a corrected version.
3. Refund criteria
If a genuine technical defect or material mismatch cannot reasonably be corrected, a full refund to your original payment method will be issued. Please note that due to the digital nature of instant downloads, refunds cannot be granted for simple change-of-mind once files have been accessed.
