How do I receive my resources?
Purchased and claimed resources appear in My Library. Once your order is completed, you can access and download your high-resolution printable PDF files immediately.
Do I need an account for free resources?
Yes. A free registered account keeps your free resources together in your library, ready to find and print again whenever needed.
Can I download a resource again?
Your purchased and claimed resources stay in your library while the site and your account exist. There are no arbitrary re-download restrictions.
What can I do with my resources?
Our resources are licensed for personal and single-classroom use. You may print them for your students. You may not resell them, upload them to public websites, or share the files with colleagues.
What if a file is damaged or does not match its description?
Contact support within 24 hours of purchase with your order reference. We will first inspect and supply a corrected file. If a valid issue cannot be resolved, a refund may be provided.
Can I use these resources outside the United States?
The store is designed for educators everywhere. Resources are formatted in English (US) standard letter size, with clear instructions adaptable to many curricula.
