1. Tell us about the issue
Because Eduminate sells digital downloadable products, resources are delivered immediately into your account library. However, if you experience any corrupted files, technical defects, download errors, or a material mismatch with the product description, please contact us promptly with your order number.
2. We will try to put it right
Our first priority is making sure you receive the high-quality resource you paid for. If a file does not open or is formatted incorrectly, our support team will reply within 24 hours, inspect the file and provide a corrected version.
3. Refunds
Files are delivered instantly, so a sale is final once any file from the order has been downloaded. Please use Look inside before you buy. If you bought a resource and have not downloaded any of its files, contact us with your order number and we will review your request. Our records show whether a file was downloaded.
